Dr. Perry Amos

Dr. Perry Amos joined Oakville Optometry in 2003 and subsequently became owner in 2016. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1992 and Indiana University School of Optometry in 1996. After graduation, Dr. Amos began practising Optometry in Canada. He is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Association of Optometrists. Furthermore, Dr. Amos is board certified by the Canadian Examiners of Optometry and the American National Board of Examiners in Optometry. Moreover, Dr. Amos  has certification in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.

In addition to full scope primary care, Dr. Amos has special interest in paediatrics, contact lens, ocular nutrition, and refractive surgery.

Dr. Natasha Terzievski one of Oakville Optometry's Optometrists

Dr. Natasha Terzievski

Dr. Terzievski graduated from the University of Toronto in 2013 and the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2017. Afterward, she completed an internship at Eye Centres of South Florida in North Miami Beach, Florida to gain practical experience in ocular disease and therapeutics. Dr. Terzievski is board certified by the Optometry Examining Board of Canada. In addition, she is a member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario and the Ontario Association of Optometrists.

She is passionate about providing high quality eye care to her patients, with a focus on education and disease prevention.

Dr. Natalie Oreskovich one of Oakville Optometry's Optometrists

Dr. Natalie Oreskovich

Dr. Natalie Oreskovich completed her Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Western Ontario and subsequently received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Waterloo. She graduated with honours and was the recipient of the Alcon Excellence Award for outstanding academic performance in Contact Lens studies.

As part of her education, Dr. Oreskovich completed an externship working alongside several Ophthalmologists in Alabama. Training focused on diagnosing and managing eye conditions such as macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy. In addition, she gained valuable clinical skills at the University of Waterloo in specialty areas such as binocular vision and low vision therapy.

Dr. Oreskovich has spent her professional life in private practice and has acquired extensive experience in pediatric vision care, ocular disease, contact lens fitting, as well as cataract and laser eye surgery co-management. She is a proud member of the Canadian Association of Optometrists (CAO) as well as the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO). She is very passionate about Optometry and is dedicated to providing a high level of comprehensive eye care.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys playing sports such as hockey, travelling and spending time with friends and family. She was born and raised in Oakville and is excited to serve the community in which she grew up. She is very enthusiastic about working at Oakville Optometry and looks forward to meeting new patients of all ages.

Doctor Larry

Dr. Larry Sheldon

Dr. Sheldon attended both undergraduate and optometry studies at the University of Waterloo. He graduated in 1977, receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree. After two years of traveling and working to gain practical experience, he opened Oakville Optometry in 1979. In 1982 he helped to establish the children’s vision program at the Vision Institute of Canada. In 1994, Dr. Sheldon became certified in the treatment of ocular eye disease with therapeutic drugs. Dr. Sheldon provides full vision care services to all age groups. He provides contact lens services with a special interest in previous failures and difficult fits. He also provides laser surgery co-management and was involved with PRK and Lasik technologies from the very earliest days.

Dr. Sheldon married in 1985 and has two sons.
